Default Arena build

Thought I'd throw this build out there for comments & criticism
I use two variants, depending whether I'm in CA or TA, so I'll post the options used for both:

Domination: 16
Fast Cast: 13 (for TA, drop down to 6-7 for CA)
Inspiration: 0 (for TA, up to 10-11 for CA)
Illusion: the rest (not really needed but it helps the DW duration)

1) Signet of Midnight {E}
2) Plague Touch
3) Phantom Pain
4) Shatter Delusions
5) Wastrels Worry
6) Backfire
7) Blackout (switch out for Ether Feast in CA)
8) Res Sig

In CA I like to be self-reliant, so I use Ether Feast in place of Blackout, but other than that, the build is the same for TA and CA.

Typically you'll get at least one warrior heading your way so throw on Wastrels as often as you can while they're closing the gap. You can usually get 2-3 to trigger before they get to you so you get up to 200 or so dmg for free before you even really start
Once they close with you (or your monk) hit them with Sig of Midnight and then look for another target to use plague touch on (usually another warrior or a ranger)
After their damage dealers are blinded, find a target to cast backfire on, then spam wastrels while they're under backfire. They can either cast and take 147 dmg each time, or not cast and take 68 dmg each time. When you figure backfire is about to wear off throw on PP followed by another Wastrels then blackout. You'll get that additional dmg from Wastrels, then when your blackout ends use Shatter Delusions on the PP you applied earlier. With the wand spammage you're doing while the target is blacked out plus the earlier backfire or wastrels damage the shatter should pretty much kill them.

Go back to step one and repeat. Try to keep blind up as much as possible.

You've probably noticed that there's no energy management in the build. I've played hundreds of rounds and the only times I've had energy issues were against energy denial mesmers/necros and against dual monk teams (had to spam blackout) so I don't feel it's necessary. If you wanted you could substitute Plague Touch for Spirit of Failure (to go on blinded target) but I prefer having the added security of condition removal and the double blind from SoM/plague touch.
